This place offers great value for your money. Our room had just been renovated, and the staff was super welcoming. The restaurant here was amazing, with top-notch service and freshly made food that tasted delicious! 🌟

The hotel is really nice but it is a little hard to find. But the hotel is a nice place to stay! The bathroom is very clean...the hotel is clean too! In general, a nice hotel to stay in Lyon!!!

We were inconvenienced by a train strike on our last day in Lyon and had to leave 6 hours before we had planned. Fortunately the wonderful staff at the hotel arranged for us to leave our bags at another hotel in their chain at Chambery Challes whilst we waited. All this was at no extra cost and being luggage free made the wait bearable for us. Thank you.

Family trip with my kids, stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience. The food was great, with a good variety of fresh options available. It served as a wonderful home base during the Christmas holidays. 🎄

Location: the hotel was just off the old town centre along the river, Lyon-Perrache train station and shops, restaurants, the old town, and major sites. I had some drinks at Brasserie l'espace Carnot, positioned 500 metres away...

Close to attractions and transportation. it is right next to Gare Perrache train station and Place Carnot, thou you gotta make sure what side of it, before walking out of the Gare. Hotel is close to Palace Carnot, so make sure walk out to Place Carnot. It is not on the Place Carnot but 30 steps from it. Room was clean.

If you are noise sensitive, you might have a little problem cause it faces the Gare and busses make noise. Bed was really uncomfy, I stayed at hostels all of which had better beds. Although I requested a non smoking room, when i got there, there was no non smoking rooms left. Bed was really unconfy.

We had a great time here - the place was pretty clean and the staff were awesome! Breakfast had a good variety of freshly made food. 🌟

I loved the bedroom. It was big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and tasty. Yoghurt, cereal, milk, coffe, hot chocolat, bread, ham, cheese, croissant, pain au chocolat... everything fresh and delicious. Many thanks to the hotel. The best breakfast we (my grandmother and me) ever had in Europe. The location was perfect. A five-minute walk from Lyon Perrache train station. Just perfect!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible staff. They were super helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was mind-blowing, right next to the train station and within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The room was jaw-droppingly spacious, a rare find in Europe. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, and the 24-hour reception and room service were very convenient. The hotel had excellent security measures in place, giving us peace of mind. We loved the cozy bar/lounge area and the coffee shop onsite. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the business center was handy for a quick check-in. The express check-in/-out made our departure hassle-free. The wheelchair access was appreciated, and it was nice that no pets were allowed as we have allergies. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the no-smoking policy ensured a fresh atmosphere. we had an incredible stay and wouldn't hesitate to book here again! Thanks to the wonderful staff, our trip was unforgettable.
